from the bride-to-be...
"I met Jase on November 19th, 2011, a day that truly changed the course of my life forever.
I met him through his sister, Jentri, whom I had been friends with for a while, but I never even knew she had a brother! I had come into town to go to the Ole Miss vs. LSU game with my friends, but wasn't interested in meeting anyone. Little did I know what I was in for. Over the next couple months, Jase and I would talk over the phone and start to become friends, and started dating in July.
Growing up, I struggled with my faith constantly, to the point it became non existent. But a year and a half after Jase and I had started dating, I began talking with him about God. I will never forget the first time we talked about our Savior together. My heart felt a love for Jase I have never felt on this Earth before. I quickly realized his faith and love for Jesus was stronger than anything I had ever known, and all I knew was that I would do anything to have that faith. Through Jesus, Jase, and his family, I found the faith I desperately needed. Jase not only became my best friend, he saved my life by leading me back to the cross.
Jase made December 29th of last year the best day of my life when he surprised me with the most beautiful ring and asked to spend the rest of our lives together at the Collierville Square in Tennessee. Today, I am so happy to say my faith is stronger than ever, as well as the bond that Jase and I share. With Jase, I have whole confidence that he will love me until my last day, and I truly can't wait to November 11, 2017 to spend the rest of my life worshipping Jesus with my best friend, Jase Everett Ray."
