Although I try to not to be motivated by other people's opinions of me, it is a struggle for me at times.

High school.....oh my. I often wonder how my current thoughts and feelings about high school will change over the next 10 years. I wonder if I will rewrite history in my mind or if I will simply mature and look at it much differently. Although I have been criticized a lot for being too nice in high school, I have learned that I am not weak. I think it takes a lot of strength to be kind to undeserving people. My Mom always told me most mean things you hear from people come from a place of insecurity. I guess I believe that and that allows me to be a tolerant person. I now feel blessed to have that type of compassion for others.

After I graduate, I plan to attend Colorado Boulder and major in accounting and finance and then go to law school in Memphis. I just want to be sure that I'm always authentic and live a life that resembles me."
